The Founders of “The Stay In The Game Summit”, Rico and Andi Pena are dedicated to helping individuals, associations and corporations exceed their sales and relationship expectations.  They believe anyone can learn how to effectively communicate and connect with anyone at any time and develop rapport in business or in life.

After earning her Master’s degree in professional counseling, Andi decided to work with professional business women to help them overcome obstacles, both emotionally and physically, that keep them from succeeding in the game of life.  She soon discovered that there was very little support for the moms, single parents and those who were starting over later in life.  Pena Global’s “Stay in the Game Summit” was born to help accomplish this goal.  Rico and Andi are both certified experts in Human Behavior and Body Language.  They have both dedicated their lives to teaching others how to connect and effectively communicate with anyone.
